All Plastic Donations

 Suspended Until Further Notice

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control [DNREC] has informed us that we have exceeded the limit of plastic that we are able to accept at this time!

Our current permit with DNREC allows us to store 7 tons of plastic on site.  We are over that amount by 1.5 tons which has caused DNREC to issue a violation.  This will stay in effect until we can reduce the amount of plastic at our facility.

We are continuing to make products which is helping to reduce that total, and we are in the process of re-writing our permit.

We DO NOT have a date when we will resume accepting plastic. As soon as we have additional information, we will update the website and send out an email communication.

ECOP recycles plastic into cool consumer products, with a mission to eliminate plastic waste.
